🎨 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and user-focused
UX Designer
to craft intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about understanding user behavior, solving complex problems, and designing products that delight users.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience goals
• Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and data insights
• Ensure consistency across products by following and contributing to design systems
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and best UX practices
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies

✅ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and process
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Must be based in the United States with valid work authorization

• Experience with UI design and visual design systems
• Familiarity with interaction design and motion design
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
• Background in mobile-first and responsive design
