Role summary

We’re looking for a user-focused and detail-oriented

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Translate product requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Collaborate with UI Designers and developers on implementation
- Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing insights
- Contribute to design systems and UX standards
- Advocate for accessibility and user-first design principles
- Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in UX design or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of usability principles and interaction design
- Experience with research methods and usability testing
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
🌟 Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or web platforms
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working with design systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
