We are looking for a
builder and operator
— someone who can
raise the bar, challenge the status quo, and drive accountability across the organization

Reporting to the
Vice President, Quality Control
, you will lead a team of
three
and own the quality agenda end-to-end.

What You Will Own

- Full leadership of
Quality Control & Quality Assurance
across the business
- Elevation of
food safety, compliance, and audit readiness
to best-in-class standards
- Implementation of
robust, scalable quality systems
- Driving
root cause discipline and zero-compromise execution
- Leading all
audits (CFIA, FDA, SQF/BRC, customers)
with confidence and credibility
- Embedding a
culture of accountability and ownership
across operations
- Building and developing a
high-performing quality team
- Partnering with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure
quality is built into every step

Who You Are

- A
proven leader
with 10–15+ years in Quality (food manufacturing required)
- You have
led from the front
, not from behind a desk
- You have
successfully managed audits and high-stakes quality environments
- You are known for
raising standards, not maintaining them
- You bring
structure, rigor, and discipline
— but also speed and pragmatism
- You are comfortable
challenging teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- You build strong teams and
hold people accountable

Must-Have Expertise

- Deep knowledge of
HACCP, SQF, BRC, GMP, CFIA/FDA
- Strong track record in
food manufacturing (frozen / CPG preferred)
- Experience in
multi-site or complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to
implement and upgrade quality systems

, vous dirigerez une équipe de
trois personnes
et aurez une responsabilité complète sur la fonction qualité.

Vos responsabilités

- Leadership complet du
contrôle et de l’assurance qualité
- Élévation des standards en
sécurité alimentaire et conformité
- Mise en place de
systèmes qualité robustes et évolutifs
- Implantation d’une discipline forte en
analyse de causes racines (CAPA)
- Gestion des
audits (ACIA, FDA, SQF/BRC, clients)
- Développement d’une culture de
rigueur et d’imputabilité
- Encadrement et développement d’une équipe performante
- Collaboration étroite avec les opérations pour intégrer la qualité à chaque étape

Profil recherché

- Leader expérimenté(e) avec
10–15+ ans en qualité (industrie alimentaire obligatoire)
- Expérience concrète sur le terrain — vous
livrez des résultats
- Capacité démontrée à
hausser les standards et transformer les pratiques
- Forte crédibilité en gestion d’
audits et environnements exigeants
- Leadership affirmé, capacité d’influence et exigence élevée
- Capacité à bâtir des équipes solides et à
imposer un haut niveau de performance

Expertise requise

- Maîtrise des normes
HACCP, SQF, BRC, BPF, ACIA/FDA
- Expérience en
industrie alimentaire (surgelé / CPG un atout)
- Environnement multi-sites (atout)
- Expérience en
implantation et amélioration de systèmes qualité
