The ALDO Group is seeking a part-time Stock Coordinator to manage inventory and ensure smooth back-of-house operations. This role involves handling shipments, maintaining stock levels, organizing the stockroom, and supporting daily store activities. The ideal candidate has retail or service industry experience, a passion for fashion, and strong customer service skills. The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Full-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
• Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and back store, and helping with visual setup

What Sets You Apart

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or service industry
• Deep interest in fashion
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days
