Role summary

Aloyoga is seeking Software Engineers in San Ramon, CA to develop, create, and modify software applications and infrastructure for their online e-commerce platform. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of progressive experience. Specific experience is needed in Strategic Technology Roadmapping, Engineering Leadership, Cross-Functional Leadership, Cloud Infrastructure Management, CI/CD, DevOps Automation, Infrastructure as Code, Distributed Systems Architecture, Microservices, API Design, Site Reliability, Observability, and Application Security. Telecommuting is permitted one day per week. Salary range is $300,000 to $307,000 annually.

Software Engineers (San Ramon, CA)

Develop, create, and modify software applications and infrastructure for our online e-commerce platform. May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (or a foreign degree that is equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field plus thereafter 7 years of progressively responsible experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Strategic Technology Roadmapping, Engineering Leadership, and Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Supervising and mentoring software developers on technical competencies and performing code reviews and test plan reviews
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management, CI/CD, Devops Automation, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Distributed Systems Architecture, Microservices, and API Design
  • Site Reliability and Observability
  • Application Security

    • Telecommuting permitted no more than 1 day per week.

    Salary Range: $300,000 to $307,000
