Role summary
Plum Behavioral Services, in partnership with Alpaca Health, is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ongoing clinical care. The role focuses on supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), reviewing client progress data, developing meaningful goals, and building relationships with families. The position emphasizes ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices. While a BCBA certification is primary, BCBA trainees with a Master's degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license will also be considered.
