Role summary
Plum Behavioral Services, in partnership with Alpaca Health, is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ongoing clinical care. The role focuses on supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), reviewing data and client progress, developing meaningful programs and goals, and building relationships with families. The ideal candidate values behavior as communication, assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication, and can balance data-driven insights with a human-centered approach. Neurodivergent clinicians are encouraged to apply. A Master's degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license are preferred for BCBA trainees.
