- Influence HW and SW engineering teams to incorporate serviceability, diagnosability, and deployment-readiness features (DFx) into product design through technical requirements and design reviews.
- Execute and interpret CLI-based diagnostics, parse system logs, and leverage software tooling to verify robot health, isolate faults, and validate firmware/configuration updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineers to translate field learnings into design improvements that reduce deployment cycle time and increase fleet reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation—including service manuals, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides—to scale deployment knowledge across sites and teams. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in program or project management
- 5+ years of experience deploying or managing large fleets of complex electro-mechanical devices
- 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams, influencing product and functional requirements Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in software development
