Angry Chickz is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader for its Nashville Hot Chicken location. This role involves working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer experiences, and team motivation. Responsibilities include operational excellence, contributing to sales and profitability, training team members, and upholding the company culture. The ideal candidate has restaurant management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, is self-driven and flexible, and proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with new restaurant openings or local marketing is a plus.
Description
As an Assistant Restaurant Leader at Angry Chickz Nashville Hot Chicken, you're a key player on our team. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, providing exceptional dining experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Team Leadership: Motivating and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain our high standards.
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, from food preparation to customer service to cleanliness.
- Sales and Profitability: Contributing to the restaurant's success by increasing sales, managing costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Training and Development: Assisting in the training and development of team members, helping them excel in their roles.
- Cultural Stewardship: Upholding and promoting Angry Chickz's unique culture among both the team and customers.
- Hands-On Involvement: You'll be actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and you'll maintain a safe and clean work environment.
