Role summary
Anteris Technologies seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst to mature business processes, systems, data, and controls in a growing global structural heart company. This role requires a true enterprise business analyst with 7+ years of experience, capable of working across product development, manufacturing, Quality, clinical, commercial, Finance, HR, and operations. Responsibilities include shaping business demand, leading discovery for complex initiatives, facilitating process design, translating business needs into clear requirements, and analyzing data flows. The ideal candidate will have advanced capabilities in business process modeling, requirements engineering, and experience in regulated environments like MedTech. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact cardiac care by improving processes and implementing scalable technology solutions.
Anteris® Technologies is a global structural heart company dedicated to revolutionizing cardiac care. With offices in Minneapolis, MN, US; Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia, we have a growing and inclusive team.
Our mission is to forge new frontiers in cardiac care by pioneering science-driven and measurable advancements to restore heart valve patients to healthy function. Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) technologies were originally designed for older, high-risk patients. Today, younger, more active patients need a better solution that will not just open and close but restore healthy heart function. We seek to restore healthy blood flow patterns by creating the world’s first biomimetic TAVR valve, DurAVR® THV. This cutting-edge valve, incorporating our proprietary ADAPT® anti-calcification technology, is designed to mimic the natural function of a healthy heart valve.

Understand the business problem. Improve the process. Help us build what comes next.
We are a small, growing medical technology company operating in a highly regulated environment. Our business processes, systems, data, and controls must mature as the company grows from clinical-stage operations toward commercial scale. That creates a broad Senior Business Analyst role for someone who wants to help build the next version of the company, not simply caretake processes and systems designed by someone else.
This is not a role for someone whose experience has been limited to one large platform, one business function, or one narrow part of delivery. We need a true enterprise business analyst who can move comfortably across product development, manufacturing, Quality, clinical, commercial, Finance, HR, and corporate operations. On any given day, the work may range from SharePoint and service processes to QMS, ERP, contract lifecycle management, travel and expense, SaaS platforms, data flows, reporting, and business controls.
The work starts with disciplined curiosity. A request for technology is not always a technology problem. Sometimes the real issue is an unclear process, missing ownership, weak accountability, inconsistent data, or a gap in knowledge. You must be able to find the essential need, show where it sits in the broader value stream, and help the business decide whether the answer is process change, clearer accountability, better information, technology, or some combination of those things.
