Plumbing Service Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Plumbing trade school or technical training preferred Experience
• 3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred
• Journeyman plumbing license or state-required certification strongly preferred (may vary by location)
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repair practices Qualifications: Licenses/Certifications
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete jobs efficiently
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar service management software preferred Physical Demands and Conditions
• Lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
• Work performed indoors and outdoors, including confined spaces or adverse conditions Work Environment/Travel
• Field-based role with daily travel to residential and commercial customer sites
• May require evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on customer demand Ability to pass background check and drug screening
