Role summary

Advanced Oxygen Therapy, Inc. (AOTI) is seeking a Medical Sales Representative for the Chicago area to expand their wound care therapy business. This full-time, remote, territory-based role involves managing and growing the VA business, selling services, building client relationships, and educating partners on AOTI's TWO2 and NEXA NPWT systems. The position offers a base salary of $70,000-$90,000 with uncapped commission potential up to $250,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with VA experience and a wound care background being preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Position Summary

Location: Chicago and Surrounding Areas

Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Territory-Based Role: Applicants must reside within or near the assigned territory.

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000
  • Uncapped Commission: Earn up to $250,000 annually

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the VA business.
  • Sell additional services and build strong professional relationships with clients
  • Educate business partners and end users on AOTI products and services
  • Provide proactive support and customer service to clients and partners
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to establish new business
  • Respond to inquiries and provide knowledgeable, courteous service
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction and follow up on all interactions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with VA preferred
  • Background in wound care is a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
  • Proficiency with computers and related software
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
