Marketplace Specialist (Amazon & TikTok Shop)

Goal: Grow combined Amazon US and TikTok Shop US revenue to $2.6M in 2027, with strong contribution margin, conversion, inventory health, and account health.

• TikTok Shop: Manage the shop, listings, and logistics. Run the affiliate creator program, including recruiting, sampling, and commission tiers. Plan shoppable LIVE sessions and campaigns, and maintain shop score.
• Cross-channel: Align launches and pricing across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and our own website. Forecast sales by channel and SKU, flag stockout risk, track competitors, and report weekly to the Sales Director.

• 1+ year hands-on with TikTok Shop US, including affiliate programs
• Track record growing a marketplace channel to $1M+ annual revenue
