The Mission

Design how users interact with an AI-native CRM platform.

ArcheSell is rebuilding revenue software for the AI era — not by layering AI onto legacy workflows, but by designing an intelligence-first system from the ground up.

Product design will play a central role in shaping how people interact with intelligent systems and agent-driven workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Design core product workflows and user interactions
• Create intuitive interfaces for AI-assisted workflows
• Define ArcheSell’s product design system
• Prototype and iterate quickly with product and engineering
• Help shape the interaction model of an AI-native platform

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience designing B2B SaaS products
• Excellent UX and interaction design skills
• Experience designing complex workflow-driven software
• Strong product taste and systems thinking
• Ability to work closely with engineers in fast-moving environments

Preferred

• Experience designing AI-enabled or data-heavy products
• Experience in early-stage or startup environments
• Familiarity with conversational or human-AI interaction patterns
• English and Chinese bilingual ability is a plus, as the role collaborates with distributed engineering teams

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
