We are building an AI-native revenue platform centered around a customer world model — a continuously evolving intelligence layer that understands customer context, workflows, signals, and next best actions.

We are an early-stage founding team moving quickly to design and ship V1.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer who can help rapidly build and ship our core product.

This is a high-ownership startup role for someone who:

• moves fast

• learns quickly

• embraces AI-native development workflows

• enjoys ambiguity and product building

• wants to help shape the future of AI-native enterprise software

You’ll work closely with the founder, PM, designer, and engineering team to build core product capabilities across AI workflows, customer intelligence, automation systems, and product infrastructure.

What You’ll Work On

• AI-native CRM workflows and product features

• LLM and AI integrations

• Agentic workflows and automation systems

• Full-stack product engineering

• Rapid prototyping and iteration

• Internal tooling and developer workflows

• Product architecture and scalable backend systems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong product engineering capability

• High ownership and execution speed

• AI-native builder mindset

• Strong communication and collaboration

• Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments

Preferred Technical Experience

• Python / TypeScript / Node.js

• Modern web application development

• APIs and backend systems

• AI/LLM tooling and integrations

• Cloud infrastructure

Nice to Have

• Startup or founding team experience

• Enterprise SaaS or CRM experience

• AI product or agent-building experience

• English and Chinese bilingual capability
