This role involves 90% field work, meeting clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend tailored products. The position is commission-based with performance bonuses and a flexible part-time schedule. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, self-motivated problem-solvers with a reliable car, phone, computer, and printer. No design degree is required; full training is provided. This is a consultative sales role focused on customer satisfaction and referrals.

• Recommend custom solutions that solve their problems. This is consultative sales, not pushy sales.

• Manage your appointments and coordinate with the team.
