About the Role: Art of Drawers Denver is looking for a creative and driven Designer - Outside Sales professional to join our growing team in Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for interior design with your sales expertise, helping homeowners transform their spaces with custom storage solutions. If you love meeting new people, thinking creatively, and closing deals, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and design custom drawer and storage solutions
• Generate and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
• Present and sell custom design proposals tailored to each client's space and budget
• Measure and document client spaces accurately to ensure precise product specifications
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outside sales, interior design, or a related field preferred
• Strong eye for design, space planning, and aesthetic detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible, field-based schedule
• Proficiency with basic measuring tools and design or CRM software a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to thrive in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
