Role summary

Branch Delivery is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Lead Teller role involves managing day-to-day branch operations, supporting client transactions, ensuring accurate execution of frontline banking activities, coaching and supporting branch teams, implementing process improvements, and monitoring operational controls. Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools, typically with 5+ years of relevant experience, and may require vocational or technical training. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs.

Managing day-to-day branch service operations
Supporting client transactions
Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activities
Coaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectations
Implementing process improvements that strengthen service delivery
Monitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance

Conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
Keeps proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof record while maintaining an acceptable difference record.
May process night deposits and ATM transactions.

May refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution.
Other duties as assigned.
