  • Help clients develop technology procurement requirements and evaluation criteria.

  • Support systems, data, infrastructure, and technology adoption projects.

  • Manage project milestones, risks, decisions, and client communication.

E-Rate Consulting

  • Prepare and manage Forms 470, 471, and 486 and supporting documentation.

  • Coordinate competitive bidding, vendor questions, bid evaluation, and procurement records.

  • Prepare PIA responses and escalate eligibility or compliance questions when appropriate.

  • Support BEAR and SPI invoicing and related registration requirements.

  • Maintain accurate client engagement files, compliance records, and filing calendars.

  • Identify and escalate potential conflicts of interest or compliance concerns.

  • Working knowledge of networks, wireless infrastructure, systems, devices, and education technology environments.

  • Strong project management, documentation, and client communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines independently.

  • Sound judgment when addressing procurement, eligibility, compliance, or conflict-of-interest questions.

  • E-Rate experience, including familiarity with USAC processes and filings, strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

You deliver engagements on schedule, maintain accurate and review-ready documentation, meet critical filing deadlines, communicate effectively with clients, and escalate risks or compliance concerns before they become problems.
