Network Operations Manager (US - Remote)

Role summary

AXON Networks is seeking a Network Operations Manager to establish and lead a management system for reliable, predictable, and continuously improving production services. This builder role will create standards, operating rhythms, and controls while developing a small team. Key responsibilities include owning the automation and tooling strategy for Network Operations, defining operational-readiness criteria for new products, and creating metrics for continuous improvement. The manager will partner closely with Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and other teams to ensure operational readiness and drive efficiency. The role requires 8+ years of experience in production environments, including 3+ years of leadership, with a strong understanding of networking concepts, cloud infrastructure (GCP, OCI), and observability platforms. Experience with ISPs or telecommunications operators is essential.
