Role Description

B.O.S. Cleaners Inc. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Vaughan, ON. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting customer training as needed, and supporting marketing initiatives. The individual will also collaborate with team members to ensure sales goals are met and contribute to developing growth strategies for the company.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in Training and supporting clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or similar industries is an advantage
