Role Description
This contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist is a hybrid position based in Fairfax, VA, with flexibility for partial work from home. The specialist will identify and qualify prospects, manage inbound and outbound sales activities, and present Tekno Visual’s digital automation solutions to potential and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, coordinating product demonstrations, and collaborating with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals. The role also involves supporting customer onboarding, delivering basic client training on solutions, and tracking sales performance through CRM and analytics tools. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective lead follow-up, and continuous improvement in sales and marketing processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
- Experience in Training clients or internal teams on digital products, tools, or processes, with a focus on user adoption and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing concepts, and sales funnels, preferably within SaaS or automation solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Fairfax, VA, managing time independently while collaborating closely with on-site and remote colleagues.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with comfort using data and reports to prioritize opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Previous experience in technology, digital marketing, or automation services is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
