Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Secure Access team. Secure Access is a Managed Attribution application that operates primarily on-premise, with one component residing in the cloud. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with engineering leadership experience who can work across infrastructure and application development while balancing reliability for existing customers with the delivery of new features.

What you will do:

In this role, you will lead a team of Software and Platform Engineers responsible for the Secure Access application throughout its lifecycle, including its integration with our on-premises and cloud environments. You will set the technical direction, manage priorities and delivery, and mentor engineers across both disciplines.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

At least three years of direct engineering management experience

At least five years of hands-on experience in platform, infrastructure, or software engineering

Experience managing virtualized on-premises infrastructure, particularly VMware vSphere/ESXi

Experience with VDI or remote-access infrastructure

Experience deploying and operating workloads on a major cloud platform, preferably GCP

Working knowledge of Linux administration, containers, and CI/CD pipelines

Ability to break down a product vision into workable engineering tasks

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to nontechnical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

Experience with networking technologies, including VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and DNS

Experience extending or migrating on-premises workloads to GCP

Experience with automation tools, such as Terraform and Ansible

Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments, including FedRAMP, CMMC, or SOC 2

Knowledge of identity and access management protocols, including SSO, OIDC, and SAML

Range for this position based on qualifications and experience$140,000—$170,000 USD
