Role summary
BancFirst is seeking a full-time, onsite Loan Accounting Specialist in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves centralized loan accounting, including booking and maintenance of Horizon loan applications for all banks, and supporting branch personnel on loan accounting topics. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to learn banking software, strong organization and communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with Cognos report writer, AS400 Query, Horizon lending applications, and Cold+.

Centralized loan accounting that involves booking and maintenance of all Horizon loan applications for all banks according to supporting documentation.
Support branch personnel regarding loan accounting topics

REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Ability to take direction/instructions from multiple individuals
Must work well under stress and deadlines
Must possess excellent organization skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment (at times)
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Cognos report writer or AS400 Query experience
Familiar with Horizon lending applications, Cold+
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds
