Banyan Living is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician for their luxury apartment properties in the Cleveland and Columbus areas. This role is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances. The technician will also prepare vacant units, respond to resident requests, maintain documentation, and manage inventory. A minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance, solid knowledge of building systems, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused mindset are required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary. This is an onsite role with bi-weekly pay and benefits.

Banyan Living, a trusted provider of luxury apartment living in the greater Cleveland and Columbus areas, is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. This vital role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of property management, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.
As an Experienced Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction.
Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed.
Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
A minimum of 1 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Availability for on-call duties and emergency maintenance as needed.
