Role summary
Baptist Health is seeking a CE Tech Life Safety Specialist to manage Life Safety and facility operations for ambulatory care surgery centers. This full-time role involves maintaining life safety systems, ensuring compliance, overseeing general building maintenance, and managing third-party vendors. The position requires over 5 years of experience in building maintenance and code compliance, and 3-5 years in life safety. A High School Diploma is preferred, along with Life Safety Specialist and Fire Inspector credentials.

CE Tech Life Safety Specialist Responsibilities:
- Provide Life Safety/Facility Management responsibilities for numerous Ambulatory Care Surgery Centers in designated geographic territories on behalf of CE-Tech.
- Duties include maintaining Life Safety systems and compliance, general building maintenance and management of third party vendors, contractors and service providers.
CE Tech Life Safety Specialist Experience:
- Over 5 years Building Maintenance and Code Required
- 3-5 Years Life Safety Required
CE Tech Life Safety Specialist Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Life Safety Specialist Preferred
- Fire Inspector Preferred
