What does this role involve?

Do you thrive on bringing order to complex creative projects? As a Creative Project Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within Bath Fitter’s in-house creative studio, helping bring marketing campaigns and creative initiatives to life across North America. You will coordinate projects from intake to delivery, ensuring priorities are clear, timelines are respected, and every asset is delivered with quality and impact.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

4+ years of project management experience within a creative, marketing, agency, or production environment.

Proven success managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong understanding of photography, video production, and design workflows.

Experience using project management platforms such as Wrike or similar tools.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with a proactive approach.

Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.

What will your responsibilities be as a Creative Project Specialist?

Serve as the primary point of contact for creative requests from internal teams, branches, and franchise locations.

Assess project requirements, gather missing information, and connect requests with the appropriate resources.

Transform creative briefs into structured project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

Manage the production calendar and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Coordinate photo, video, and design production from planning through final delivery.

Oversee asset versioning, language adaptations, and deployment across multiple markets.

Lead project follow-ups, proactively identify risks, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout execution.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of studio processes, workflows, and project management practices.
