Role summary

Bath Fitter is seeking a commission-only Sales Consultant to sell custom bath and shower remodeling solutions. The role involves meeting with pre-set, qualified appointments and generating self-sourced leads. Responsibilities include engaging homeowners, building trust, presenting product solutions, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is energetic, determined, confident, and driven to achieve results. Sales experience is a plus but not required, as product training will be provided. Top performers can earn six figures, with additional commission for self-generated leads.   • Engage homeowners in their living rooms or kitchens, build trust, and present solutions that transform their bathrooms.
  • Showcase a premium product that sells itself when presented with confidence and conviction.
  • Close the deal—because at Bath Fitter, we win by asking for the sale.
