Bath Fitter, a leader in custom bath and shower remodeling for over 40 years, is seeking a commission-only Sales Consultant. The role involves meeting pre-set appointments, prospecting for self-generated leads, and presenting solutions to homeowners. Candidates should be high closers with energy, determination, and grit, comfortable with face-to-face interactions and asking for the sale. While sales experience is not required, a strong drive and hustle are essential. Top performers can earn six figures annually, with additional commission for self-generated leads. The company provides leads, training, a company car, cell phone, iPad, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with profit sharing, PTO, and paid holidays. Travel for training is required.

  • Meet with qualified, pre-set appointments provided by our internal team.
  • Prospect and create self-generated leads—the more initiative you show, the more you earn.
  • Engage homeowners in their living rooms or kitchens, build trust, and present solutions that transform their bathrooms.
  • Showcase a premium product that sells itself when presented with confidence and conviction.
  • Close the deal—because at Bath Fitter, we win by asking for the sale.
