Bath Fitter, a leader in custom bath and shower remodeling for over 40 years, is seeking a commission-only Sales Consultant. This role involves meeting with pre-set appointments and generating self-sourced leads to sell premium, manufactured products directly to homeowners. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, driven individual with strong closing and communication skills, who thrives in face-to-face sales environments. While sales experience is a plus, the company provides comprehensive training. Benefits include uncapped earning potential, company car, phone, iPad, full benefits package, and 401(k). This is an onsite role based in Vestal, NY, with a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

  • Meet with qualified, pre-set appointments provided by our internal team.
  • Prospect and create self-generated leads—the more initiative you show, the more you earn.
  • Engage homeowners in their living rooms or kitchens, build trust, and present solutions that transform their bathrooms.
  • Showcase a premium product that sells itself when presented with confidence and conviction.
  • Close the deal—because at Bath Fitter, we win by asking for the sale.
