Role summary

Bath Fitter is seeking a commission-only Sales Consultant to meet with pre-set, qualified appointments and generate self-sourced leads. The role involves engaging homeowners in their homes, building trust, presenting remodeling solutions, and closing deals. Ideal candidates are high-energy, determined 'hunters' with strong face-to-face communication skills and a results-driven mindset. While sales experience is a plus, the company provides product training. Top performers can achieve six-figure incomes, with additional commission for self-generated leads.   • Showcase a premium product that sells itself when presented with confidence and conviction.
