Role summary

Benchmark Physical Therapy is seeking a flexible and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for their Evansville, IN team. This role offers a unique Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) model, allowing PTAs to control their caseload, schedule, and income potential. Full-time and part-time options are available, with compensation of $20 per completed follow-up visit, including cancellations. The position emphasizes autonomy, efficient documentation and scheduling systems, and data-driven clinical outcomes. Benefits include CEU discounts and 401k. A valid Indiana PTA license and graduation from an accredited PTA program are required. Upstream Rehabilitation, the parent company, provides a supportive network and focuses on reducing administrative burden for clinicians.

Qualifications:

Active / pending Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Indiana (or eligible)

Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
