Inspired by the traditional Korean dish bibimbap, we sought to make balanced and healthy Asian cuisine accessible and enjoyable to everyone. From the day we opened the doors of our first location in 2013, BIBIBOP is true to what we envisioned: A quick, complete and nutritious meal - with flavors unlike any other concept. Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly smile and create positive connections

Ensure guests receive BIBIBOP’s signature service while multitasking efficiently

Follow and promote BIBIBOP’s vision, values, and standards

Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code

Always maintain food safety and sanitation practices

Portion, prep, clean, and assist with various kitchen tasks

Regularly sanitize workstations and operate kitchen equipment safely

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old

Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift transitions, and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.

Manage food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality and consistency.

Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
