Roles Within This Pipeline
1. City Operations Manager (Hybrid)
Focus: Regional leadership, P&L management, strategic planning, and overall market performance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily city operations, manage cross-functional teams, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and scale market presence while managing local budgets.
2. Warehouse Supervisor (Onsite)

3. Operations Specialist (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities: Execute daily fleet deployment and relocation to match rider demand, conduct battery swaps, basic diagnostics, and field maintenance.
4. Maintenance Specialist (Onsite)
Focus: Fleet, equipment, and facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety standards, and minimize equipment downtime.
General Qualifications
Experience: 1–8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, maintenance, or facility management (level dependent on specific role).

Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams (required for Manager/Supervisor levels).
