The Candidate shall either possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field of study; OR five (5) years of Web and Systems Development related experience.
Candidate shall have software experience in MS 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, X code, VS code, PowerQuery.
Candidate shall have experience, knowledge and skills regarding Artificial Intelligence. (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Bot creation.
Candidate shall have experience, knowledge, and skills utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom) and any other industry-standard graphic design software as required.
The Candidate personnel must have experience in web development and webmaster support as follows: performing graphical design; site planning; and layout of web applications, websites, and web related services and technology utilizing dynamic and static web interfaces using HTML, DHTML, VB Script, Java Scripts, and Cascading Style Sheets.
The Candidate shall be able to design, develop, and support web content with Blogs, RSS/News feeds, audio and video, and social networking services and their associated APIs.
The Candidate shall be able to create SharePoint pages and content utilizing basic web parts, administering permissions and groups, updating information, creating workflows, and basic maintenance procedures. The Candidate shall be able to perform reviews and audit actions for websites and online content for relevant and timely information, compliance with regulations and policy.
The Candidate shall have solid oral and written communications skills. The Candidate shall be able to perform maintenance, administration, and enhancement of websites and web-based services.
The Candidate shall be able to design and implement links to other DOD websites that comply with DOD and U.S. Army G-6 standards and regulations.
The Candidate shall be able to analyze and assess existing and emerging technologies to determine relevance to existing web environments including, but not limited to, software assessments, standardization assessments, and configuration topography/site structure assessments.
The Candidate shall be able to identify changes necessary to upgrade websites and services.
The Candidate shall be familiar with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards.
Candidate personnel shall be required to maintain a SECRET clearance based on the requirement to conduct specific tasks within classified WPDAP.
- Must have the physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, bend, lift and push while performing various job tasks.
- Must be physically able and comfortable working at heights (catwalks, lifts, etc.), in dimly lit venues, and around restricted/tight spaces when necessary. Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent visual acuity and hearing required.
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans and schematic line drawings
Pay: $34.00 - $50.00 per hour
