Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Product Officer. The Chief Product Officer will lead the development and execution of the product strategy, oversee the entire product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, supervising product and project management processes, and mentoring team leaders. The role requires defining and implementing strategic objectives, fostering collaboration, and maintaining exceptional product quality to meet customer needs.

• Proven experience in Project Management, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery of product initiatives.
• Exceptional skills in Team Leadership and mentoring to coach product teams and align them with organizational goals.
• Demonstrated ability in Cross-functional Team Leadership to drive collaboration across departments and stakeholder teams.
• Excellent decision-making skills, analytical abilities, and a results-driven approach.
• Experience with scaling products and managing product teams for high-growth organizations is beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
