Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief Customer Officer (CCO). The Chief Customer Officer will be responsible for leading the company’s overall customer strategy, client engagement initiatives, and relationship management functions to ensure exceptional client experiences and long-term partnership success.

Primary responsibilities include developing and executing customer engagement strategies, overseeing client relationship management programs, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and the firm's business objectives. The Chief Customer Officer will work closely with executive leadership, investment teams, advisory teams, and operational departments to strengthen client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value creation.

The role also includes enhancing customer experience frameworks, improving client communication processes, identifying opportunities to strengthen strategic partnerships, and supporting business growth through customer-centric initiatives. The Chief Customer Officer will play a critical leadership role in building trusted relationships with clients, investors, portfolio companies, and key stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

In addition, the Chief Customer Officer will oversee customer success, client support, and relationship management functions to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across all client interactions and business engagements.

Qualifications

Strong executive leadership experience in Customer Success, Client Relations, Investor Relations, Account Management, or Business Development.

Proven experience developing and leading customer engagement and retention strategies.

Strong background in relationship management within investment management, venture capital, private equity, financial services, advisory, or professional services environments.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, client success frameworks, and service delivery excellence.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align customer objectives with business goals.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
