Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Product Officer role located in Ankara, Türkiye. The Chief Product Officer will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of the company's product portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing and executing product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, leading product development, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The individual will serve as a key decision-maker, fostering collaboration across departments and driving innovation to achieve company growth.

• Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to strategize, prioritize, and align product development with business objectives
• Experience in the mining, metallurgy, or industrial sector is a plus
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
