Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for an onsite role in Chesterfield, MO. The primary responsibilities include processing prescription data entry, handling provider communications, and resolving issues. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 months of prior Pharmacy Technician experience and obtain certification within 6 months of hire. Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and competence in basic pharmacy calculations are required. The role offers rotational 40-hour work weeks with rotating Saturday shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries

Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls

Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve

Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team

Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws

Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role

Requirements:

Minimum 3 months prior Pharmacy Technician experience

Must obtain certification within 6 months of hire; company paid (passed) certification exam; immediate compensation increase upon certification

Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity

Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software

Competent in basic pharmacy calculations

Shifts: Available Shift Options:

Rotational 40-hour per week shifts between 8 AM -7 PM CST(Monday- Friday)

10 AM - 6 PM CST(Monday - Friday)

11 AM - 7 PM CST(Monday - Friday)

12 pm - 8 pm CST (Monday - Friday)

Saturday shifts rotate among the team (8 AM – 4 PM CST) you'll always know your schedule in advance.
