Role summary
Boyd Gaming is seeking a Supervisor/Asst Housekeeper to manage and train housekeeping staff, delegate tasks, inspect areas, and deliver supplies. The role requires a high school education, the ability to multitask and work under stress, stamina for standing all day, and experience working in diverse groups. Some hotel and computer knowledge is preferred. This is an onsite, full-time position.
To schedule, train, and supervise team members.
• To communicate with guests, supervisors, and housekeepers.
• Delegate work assignments.
• Inspect public areas and guest rooms and log status.
• Deliver supplies to Guestroom Housekeepers.
• High school education.
• Be able to multi- task.
• Be able to work well under stress.
• Have some hotel experience.
• Have some knowledge of computers.
• Able to work in a diversified group.
• Stamina to be on feet all day.
