Role summary

Mobile Primary Care Team seeks a compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide care to seniors in their homes and communities. This role offers autonomy and an entrepreneurial opportunity to build relationships and expand healthcare access. Requires 1-2 years of clinical experience (geriatrics, primary care, home-based care, or value-based care preferred), strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and an adaptable, accountable, and entrepreneurial mindset. Must have an active NP or PA license, driver's license, and reliable transportation. Offers flexibility for full-time or part-time work with an hourly range of $65-$90.
