Role summary
BUGENDAITECH US LLC is seeking a remote Salesforce Copado CRT and QA professional in the USA. This role involves validating business requirements, embedding QA into CI/CD pipelines using Copado, implementing Copado Robotic Testing for automation, ensuring release quality, collaborating with teams to resolve defects, and maintaining QA documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD and CRT, strong understanding of release governance, and proven Salesforce QA methodologies. Agile/Scrum experience is required, and Salesforce or Copado certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Salesforce QA: Validate business requirements and system functionality.
- Copado Integration: Embed QA into CI/CD pipelines for automated testing during deployments.
- Automation: Implement Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to streamline regression and functional testing.
- Release Quality: Ensure changes are validated before moving across environments.
- Collaborate: with developers and business analysts to identify, document, and resolve defects
- Documentation :Create and maintain QA documentation including test plans, test scripts, and defect reports
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational change management standards
- Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD and CRT automation, and user story management
- Strong understanding of release governance and environment management
- Ability to design and execute test strategies for enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Proven experience in Salesforce QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle management
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments and sprint-based release cycles
- Salesforce Administrator or Copado certification is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
