
Telecom Program Manager
Role summary
A Telecom Program Manager is sought to lead and coordinate telecom engineering and construction programs, ensuring delivery performance, financial outcomes, compliance, and effective stakeholder communication. This remote role requires oversight of program execution, remote deployment support, financial management with a focus on gross margin, project coordination with clients and contractors, and global reporting across EMEA and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational excellence standards, manage resources, and maintain regulatory compliance.
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating telecom engineering and construction programs with full accountability for delivery performance, financial outcomes, compliance, and stakeholder communication. This role ensures that all projects meet organizational standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence while supporting global client needs across EMEA and APAC regions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Program Oversight: Direct overall program execution, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, budget targets, and quality standards across all assigned projects.
- Remote Deployment Support: Provide remote oversight for network and systems deployments during DRT calls, supporting client requirements and ensuring successful implementation.
- Financial Management: Maintain full financial accountability for project costs and expenses, ensuring programs achieve a minimum 40% gross margin.
- Project Coordination: Partner with client Project Managers and contractors to schedule work, allocate resources, and manage work orders for all technicians.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear, consistent communication with Butler America leadership, client leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Resource Management: Oversee sourcing, onboarding, training, and performance management of internal personnel and third - party partners.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements, including responsibility for work authorization planning and execution.
- Global Reporting: Deliver accurate weekly status updates during client calls for EMEA and/or APAC regions, including progress reporting, risk identification, and issue escalation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in telecom, engineering, or construction program management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-site programs with financial accountability.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with global teams and clients across multiple time zones is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
