to drive strategic initiatives and lead complex telecom programs for one of our key accounts. This role requires a strong technical program management background and a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes while collaborating with cross‑functional, on‑shore, and off‑shore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex programs within the
Technical Professional Services
practice
- Implement and maintain program management processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Lead and coordinate program teams of
5–30 resources
, including on‑shore and off‑shore teams
- Monitor program budgets and track financials, metrics, and KPIs
- Develop and maintain project plans aligned to KPIs and deliverables
- Own program scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engineering workstreams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for
telecom programs
, partnering closely with customer technical and leadership teams
- Lead executive‑level status reviews, steering committee meetings, and roadmap discussions

Qualifications
- 10+ years
of experience leading complex technical programs
