Byrider is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic for their Clarksburg, WV location. This full-time, onsite role offers up to $30 per hour with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k. Responsibilities include reconditioning used vehicles, repairing customer vehicles, performing test drives, and ensuring shop safety. Your Role

As an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for customers. You'll work on a variety of vehicles while maintaining high-quality repair standards.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles
Recondition used vehicles
Complete mechanical repairs on customer vehicles
Perform inspections and identify needed repairs
Conduct test drives when necessary
Follow established repair and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop
Help ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards

What You'll Need

Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or similar position
Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
Valid driver's license
Own basic hand tools
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug screen (THC excluded)
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity
