KKR is seeking a remote, contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer specializing in Technology. This role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to build and engage talent pipelines for software engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and AI roles. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies across various platforms, engaging and qualifying passive candidates, conducting initial outreach and screening, maintaining ATS data, and contributing to market intelligence and diversity sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in technology sourcing, strong Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and experience in fast-paced environments.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Sourcer to partner with our Lead Talent Acquisition Technology Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator. You will build and engage talent pipelines for roles across software engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, including AI. This is a high-impact contract role where speed, judgment, and sourcing craft matter. Work directly with recruiters and hiring managers to shape search strategy and surface strong, diverse slates quickly. This is a remote, contract role.

This is the expected range of daily salary rate for this position. Actual daily salary rate may vary based on several factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
