Candidates must possess active BCBA certification, a Master's degree in a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Flexibility is offered, with a requirement of 25 direct billable hours per week for full-time positions. Preferred qualifications include in-home ABA experience and bilingual abilities.

Carelinks ABA is growing, and we’re looking for BCBAs (both P/T and F/T) who genuinely care about doing meaningful work with kids and families! Our approach is simple: be supportive, be reliable, communicate clearly, and put the child’s needs at the center of everything.
