Role Description

CasaAmigo is seeking a
Founding Product
Manager
to help define and build that future.

This is a rare role for a product leader who wants to do more than optimize funnels or manage roadmaps. You will shape the core product vision, lead execution, and help invent a new category at the intersection of AI, consumer software, and real estate.

You will work closely with the founders and cross-functional partners to create a product experience that feels simple on the surface but is deeply powerful underneath. The right person will have the taste to know what to build, the judgment to know what matters most, and the drive to turn an ambitious idea into something real.

This role is for someone who is both strategic and deeply hands-on. Someone who can think in systems, obsess over user experience, move quickly through ambiguity, and roll up their sleeves to prototype, prompt, automate, analyze, and even code when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and execution for CasaAmigo’s core platform
• Help define the product experience that sets CasaAmigo apart from both traditional brokerages and existing proptech products
• Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to bring new products from concept to launch
• Translate complex real-world problems into clear, elegant consumer experiences
• Build with urgency, judgment, and high standards in a true founding environment
• Establish the roadmap, product discipline, and decision-making frameworks for the company as it scales
• Use data, customer insight, intuition, and experimentation to drive product direction
• Be a builder, not just a manager

What We’re Looking For

• Strong product leadership experience, ideally in an early-stage or zero-to-one environment
• Exceptional product taste and judgment
• Technically minded, with the ability to work deeply with engineers and a willingness to get hands-on
• Comfortable using modern AI development tools and workflows to build, prototype, and accelerate execution
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
• Excellent communicator with the ability to align teams around a clear product direction
• Energized by ambiguity, ambition, and building from first principles
• High standards, high ownership, low ego

Preferred Experience

• Experience building AI-native products
• Experience with consumer products, workflow products, or marketplace platforms
• Proptech experience, especially at companies such as Zillow, Redfin, Compass, Opendoor, or adjacent platforms
• Experience in regulated or high-trust environments
• Real estate brokerage experience would be a major plus
