Why Castelion, Why Now
Castelion is moving incredibly fast to develop and deliver advanced defense systems at a time when execution matters more than ever. We believe focus, ownership, and excellence are decisive advantages - and we're building a world-class team to turn bold ideas into real capability.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, where you'll have significant ownership, collaborate with exceptional teammates, and make a direct, measurable impact on our mission and the future of the company - regardless of your function.
Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing
As a Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing at Castelion, you will help build the manufacturing workforce responsible for bringing our next-generation defense systems from development into production at scale. You will own full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, production, skilled trades, and industrial operations, helping establish the teams and capabilities required to execute some of the most ambitious manufacturing programs in the defense industry.
This role requires a recruiter who understands that manufacturing talent is found through proactive engagement, local market knowledge, and strong relationships within the skilled trades and industrial communities. You will work closely with manufacturing leadership to build pipelines, identify exceptional talent, and deliver the people required to support aggressive production schedules and facility expansion.
We are looking for someone who is resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable recruiting at high volume without sacrificing quality. You take ownership, move quickly, and understand how to build a workforce rather than simply fill open positions.
