Centene is seeking a Senior Director to oversee the Gold Card Program, focusing on strategic priorities and stakeholder communication. This role involves leading long-term program development and enhancement, ensuring subject matter expertise across consumer experience, software engineering, clinical, and behavior change science. Responsibilities include integrating the program across business units, ensuring seamless adaptive technology integration, and supporting financial analysis of program performance. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in product development/management is required, along with experience in product planning, execution, financials, and diverse market segments. Position Purpose: Oversight of the Gold Card Program ensuring effective performance and communication of strategic priorities and outcomes with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead long term program development and enhancement initiatives
Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into the program to ensure processes are being followed during the development process, including consumer experience, software engineering, clinical, and behavior change science
Support the integration of the program across all business units
Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services to ensure optimal behavior change outcomes
Support in the financial analysis of the program performance while ensuring program management/enhancement and new program development strategic plans and ongoing assessments have documented value propositions and financial performance parameters
